Music-Centered Psychotherapy
and Music Instruction
Have you or a loved one been struggling to cope, feeling overwhelmed, or grappling with life's difficult questions? Have you sought help but feel that the conversations aren't enough? Perhaps words alone can't fully communicate and untangle these complex thoughts and feelings. As a compassionate Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Music Therapist in the Waterloo Region, I combine both words and the creative arts to nourish the soul and nurture new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I'm here to support you toward wholeness with care and sensitivity.

All spiritual practices and cultural traditions welcomed. 2SLGBTQ+ affirming. Virtual sessions available.

About Therapy & Music
The tenets of Humanism, Psychodynamics, and Trauma-Informed Practice shape my approach to therapy. While we are products of our past experiences, I truly believe that through exploring and understanding what makes us who we are, we are able to tap into our innate strengths to achieve wellbeing.
Working with individuals and supporting them as they reach their full potential has always been my personal interest. In this sense, my approach to teaching and therapy is similar. It brings me joy to see students discover their love for music and develop as a musician, and it brings me fulfillment to see clients discover strengths they never knew they had to overcome life’s challenges.
Whether it is to develop your musical skills or to seek well-being and personal growth through music, I am here to support and guide you along your journey.
